Late Cancellation Fee
Please, make sure that you send a Cancellation Email to sales@napasonomawinetastingdriver.com and a cancellation email will be sent to you.
- All cancellations for airport transfers booked in a Sedan, SUV, or Sprinter Van must be received 1 day (24 hours) prior to the contracted start time to avoid forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
- Reservation for all hourly vehicles requires an upfront booking payment (1 Hour Deposit) that becomes non-refundable 7 days (168 Hours) prior to the contract start date. If the customer cancels within 4 days (96 hours) of the contract start time, a cancellation fee of 100% of the estimated trip total will be charged.
